If the Government wants your money, you can show them how nice and productive you've been and then you'll get to give them less.
But when they really want your money they'll give you $500 to go wild with. They'll expect a lot of money back: it's an investment to them.

See this is the point where I say we all need to move to Canada...at the very least. England would be preferable in most cases I think but Canada would suffice.
And this is the point where I must fervantly agree.
Sadly, I don't get any of the money, because I am a dependant, and what's more the parents are too wealthy to qualify. Suck to be me.
